1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BuildMaster Pro website (the "Service") operated by BuildMaster Pro ("us", "we", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

2. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, error in your order or other reasons.

3. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Custom or special order items cannot be returned. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Installation Services

Our installation services are provided by trained professionals. Any changes to the original scope of work must be approved in writing and may result in additional charges. We guarantee our installation work for 1 year from completion date.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BuildMaster Pro and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BuildMaster Pro, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
